Add the Google Group to Play Console
In Play Console → Closed testing → Testers, add testershubs@googlegroups.com as a tester group. Without this, our testers can't opt in.
List your app
Add your testing track URL, set a price per tester, and publish. Pre-flight checklist confirms your track is set up correctly. Takes about 3 minutes.
Testers opt in
You'll see a live counter as verified testers join your track. Most listings fill within days.
Ship on day 14
Google's 14-day requirement is met automatically. Funds release to testers, you publish to production.
